- Tonight at 8:08 p.m. ET (5:08 p.m. PT).
Where to watch
- The 2024 World Series is being shown on Fox.
Walker Buehler was lights out for five innings, Freddie Freeman homered again and the Dodgers are one win away from the title. After hitting home runs in the first two games of the series, Freeman made it three straight with a first-inning, two-run home run to put the Dodgers up early. The Yankees couldn’t get anything going against Buehler or the Dodgers’ bullpen until there were two outs in the ninth. By then it was too late and now the Yankees find themselves down three games to zero as Aaron Judge’s postseason slump continues.
With its season on the line, New York will send rookie Luis Gil to the mound for Game 4. Los Angeles will counter with a bullpen game and have yet to announce who among its relievers will open the game.
